Applicable framework. French Polynesia is an overseas collectivity (OCT) with its own data-protection framework. SAT-LIT nonetheless applies the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679), which apply whenever data of individuals located in the European Union is processed.
Data collected
Through the cybersecurity assessment form and contact requests, we collect the data you voluntarily provide:
- Identity: first and last name
- Contact details: work email, phone (optional)
- Company and context described in your message
- Answers to the assessment questionnaire
- Technical browsing data (see "Cookies")

Retention period
Prospect data is kept for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact. Contractual data is kept in line with applicable legal and accounting obligations. Beyond that, it is deleted or anonymised.
Recipients & processors
Your data is intended solely for authorised SAT-LIT staff. It is never sold. It may be processed by our technical subcontractors (hosting, email) strictly within the scope of the service and with appropriate safeguards.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:

- Right to withdraw consent at any time
